His properties are a revolving door of new people month after month. It is too bad you would treat a community that your mom worked in law enforcement in like trash.

This landlord may have the worst kept properties in the village. He has a revolving door and it seems like he does no background checks or screening of his tenants. This slumlords renting practices put your safety and home value at risk. 

Every single place he owns property he is in trouble with the building department and is constantly evicting his tenants.

This does not count his own extensive criminal record.
